Major projects have been achieved with the collaboration of states, international organizations, public organisms and territorial structures, most of them have been enacted in African and Asian cultures. Exchanges and trade structures have been put into place, opening some isolated territories to exchanges with world poles of trade, the European Community and with other continents, including the Americas. Modern communication infrastructures have been installed, and Formation centers have received the necessary resources to form specialists particularly in technical, economical and management fields.

Our membership of numerous Workgroups, and technical and regional commissions organized by UNO divisions, and our participation in meetings organized by the General Secretariat, place us in a favourable position and enable us to tender our projects in line with trends of the large International Organizations such as the International World Bank, the International Telegraph Union (ITU) and the International Monetary Fond (IMF). We are also able to associate sponsoring enterprises with certain development operations, and to engage a first step towards beginning collaborative relationships with countries that will ensure both technical and economical partnerships.
